The Beginning follows the End

Thrust of this blog is going from deep ocean blue to front lawn green.  Averisera is sold.  The new owner is a nice guy who will, we hope, sail and care for the boat lovingly.  

Meanwhile, we are doing property maintenance, gardening, and house care.  Out with the old and in with the new!

One day, the boy and I went for a bird watching row on Herring Creek.  A "Rail" of some type was the big find.  Mud, boys, boats.
